The PLF-BIII-EX electronic vibration switch can continuously monitor the vibration of the centrifuge machine. If the vibration of the machine exceeds the allowable value, it will provide an alarm or shut off the machine power to protect the machine from damage. In most cases, the vibration can reveal the problems of the machine before it causes damage. For example, vibration monitoring can detect possible machine failures much earlier than temperature monitoring. The PLF-BIII-EX mainly monitors the following main types of machine failures: rotor imbalance, misalignment, bearing damage, and belt damage.

Function Description:
